The Ismail Textile has established, implemented, and maintained systems in compliance with the requirements of international standards and achieved third party certifications for the following products/ management systems standards
Moreover, requirements of social compliance / COC audits are qualified by fulfilling the requirements of renowned international buyers.
Laboratory Testing
We have fully equipped modern lab for complete testing through yarn to end process.
Our lab will ensure the quality parameters on every step of production and make sure; the production will be running up-to standards and desired requirement of our customer.
Lab covered the following production areas
- Spinning
- Weaving
- Printing
- Dyeing
- Finishing
After the assurance of all required standards according to requirement of customer lab allows to move the goods either made-ups division or ship the fabric.
MADE-UPS DIVISION
Our made-ups division is well equipped with modern machinery where we manufacture all textile products belongs to your home.
We have fully trained from (SGS) Quality staff which ensures the quality standards through cutting to till final packaging.
Our quality department checked every single piece before goods sent to packing department and during packing and before the goods fill in the carton quality department also check each pack set.
As well as making sure every shipment is inspected and checked thoroughly before it leaves the factory.
